Who am I?
It depends what you want me to be. Practically speaking, I’m Ray Morrow, a Bristol-based conceptual copywriter, with specialisms spanning creative consultancy and strategic planning, alongside digital and social media strategy and execution. I’ve eight years’ agency experience to draw on, so despite being fresh to the freelance scene, you can be sure I’ll deliver on time, on-brief and (fingers crossed) beyond expectations. And you needn’t just take my word for it – read recommendations on Linkedin.
In times past I’ve turned my figurative pen to student marketing and recruitment/employer branding, so if you’d like me to, I can always put that well-worn hat back on. If you’d like to know more than that, well, you nosy thing, you’d better get in touch.
What do I want?
To never stand still. I love to learn, and relish the challenges new projects and disciplines present. Success to me means clients that are over the moon. World peace? And a couple more awards wouldn’t go amiss…
How do I work?
Fluidly. Passionately. And at my best, collaboratively. That said, give me a brief and a deadline and I’ll come back with (scratchily drawn) scamps aplenty.
Head or heart?
Both, please. Head-in-the-clouds creativity is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard when it doesn’t build on innovative, appropriate strategy. When both are given equal weight from the outset, you get work that works harder.
You’re very welcome to read a big, long list of my specialities like Direct Marketing and writing for web. You can even peruse out my old-school CV if you ask nicely, but to find out more about what I can deliver, it’s probably best to take a look at my work.
